A completely coherent post about DMC and boss fights

DEVIL MAY CRY IS THE CRUELEST GAME EVER.

NO FAIR THREE BOSS FIGHTS ON THE TROT KTHNX.

I beat Phantom FINALLY, was all AHAHAH YES IN YOUR FACE I BEAT YOU BAD and then he was all CHASE DOWN THE CORRIDOR LULZ I SHOOT YOU AN U DIE and it took me AGES to figure out that you weren't MEANT to kill him or outrun him and SO YES THEN THE SHADOW BOSS WHO KILLED ME ONCE OR TWICE BEFORE I REALISED THAT YOU CAN'T USE THE SWORD WHEN HE'S NOT A GLOWY BALL AND YOU CAN'T USE THE GUNS WHEN HE IS. And THEN that weird mirror-Dante shows up and I'm jus YOU ARE JOKING RIGHT THIS IS A JOKE YOU WOULDN'T DO THIS TO ME but they would. OH THEY WOULD. And so I died, repeatedly. CURSE YOU MIRROR DANTE. OR NEO SOMETHINGOROTHER WHATEVER YOU'RE CALLED.

Well, there's a reason Dante's so tough and badass and stuff.

Also, the guy in the mirror is Nelo Angelo. He's one of the main villains of the game.

The point is that while he might be, I'm so very much not and so I DIE. REPEATEDLY.

Really, it's not that fact that there were hard bosses - it's the fact that you don't get a chance to save between Shadow Kitty and Mirror Man - so although I BEAT Shadow Kitty, because I died on Mirror Man I have to do it AGAIN. >.< (Well you CAN save but it doesn't-- ah, you know what I mean.)

Nelo Angelo, that's it. ...He is?

...Ohshi.

Do you have any yellow orbs? I'm pretty sure they bring you back to the beginning of the same boss fight.

A yup, Nelo Angelo. Fear him, for he is made of awesome.

Everyone dies repeatedly when they play DMC. It's, like, a rule or something.

Awesome he is, and fun to battle, but NOT WHEN HE'S BEATING MEEE.

*pets* I gave up on Nelo-Angel or whatever, and that's the 3rd boss. So you are already trying harder then me Plus, there was drinking...that didn't help

Part of my wants to try this drinking game for DMC. Got a copy of the rules? XD

Me and my friend did one for MGS, once. Only with lemonade. ^^; WE'RE UNDERAGE OKAY

The rules are easy, each time you die you have to take a drink. Each time you win, everyone else has to take a drink.
